The Law Offices of George R. George R. Kindley, Esquire

George R. Kindley is the founding partner of the Kindley Firm, APC, dba Law Offices of George R. Kindley.  Mr. Kindley has broad litigation experience handling matters involving, among other catastrophic personal injury, automobile accidents, construction accidents, financial and physical elder abuse, motorcycle accidents, nursing home neglect, pedestrian accidents, premises liability, trucking accidents, and wrongful death.  He has dedicated nearly half of his practice to fighting for the rights of elderly and dependent adults that reside in care facilities throughout California.  Mr. Kindley continues to fight these facilities to improve the care elderly and dependent adults receive as well as to redress wrongs committed by the care facilities.  

Mr. Kindley is a trial attorney.  Since 2001, he has participated in jury trials, arbitrations, and mediations in the areas of general personal injury, elder abuse, and wrongful death.  In addition to his extensive background in civil litigation on behalf of consumers and their families, prior to founding The Kindley Firm, APC, Mr. Kindley also served as General Counsel for a large health maintenance organization and worked for one of San Diego’s most respected top tier defense firms.  While he gained much experience and knowledge working for big business and the defense, Mr. Kindley now dedicates his entire practice to fighting for the rights of consumers and their families.

Outside of the practice of law, Mr. Kindley enjoys spending time with his friends and family, swimming, surfing, and enjoying life in California.

Gregory M. McCarty, Esquire

Gregory M. McCarty joined the Law Offices of George R. Kindley in 2008.  His current practice areas include personal injury and elder abuse litigation.

Mr. McCarty received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in History from San Diego State University.  He then earned his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law.  While in law school, Mr. McCarty served as an Honors Instructor.  During law school, he supported himself by working as a law clerk with a civil litigation law firm.  

While associated with the Law Offices of George R. Kindley, Mr. McCarty has worked to resolve numerous personal injury matters including, without limitation, automobile accidents, construction accidents, elder abuse, and motorcycle accidents.

Mr. McCarty’s goal is to help injured persons and their families through the litigation process.  He prides himself on paying attention to the needs of each individual client.

Mr. McCarty is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of California, and is a member of the State Bar of California, the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and the San Diego County Bar Association.

Outside of the practice of law, Mr. McCarty enjoys playing music, spending time with his family, and attending Chargers and Padres games.
