The Kindley Firm, APC, is a boutique law firm that focuses on personal injury litigation. As a boutique practice, we are able to be selective in the cases we take on. Once you become a client of the firm, you will receive the highest level of service; your case will receive the attention it deserves. Because of the level of the service we offer, our perseverance, caring, and attention to detail, we are able to consistently garner phenomenal results for our clients.
Our goal in every case is to obtain justice for our clients to make them whole. At the same time, we endeavor to help our clients understand the legal process. George R. Kindley, Esquire
George R. Kindley is the founding partner of The Kindley Firm, APC. Mr. Kindley has broad litigation experience handling matters involving catastrophic personal injuries, automobile accidents, construction accidents, financial and physical elder abuse, motorcycle accidents, nursing home neglect, pedestrian accidents, premises liability, trucking accidents, and wrongful deaths, among others. He has dedicated nearly half of his practice to fighting for the rights of elderly and dependent adults who reside in care facilities throughout California. Mr. Kindley continues to fight these facilities to improve the care elderly and dependent adults receive, as well as to redress wrongs the care facilities commit.
Gregory M. McCarty, Esquire
Gregory M. McCarty joined The Kindley Firm, APC, in 2008. His current practice areas include personal injury and elder abuse litigation.
Mr. McCarty received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in history from San Diego State University. He then earned his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law. While in law school, Mr. McCarty served as an honors instructor. During law school, he supported himself by working as a law clerk with a civil litigation law firm.
Henry Harmeling, Esquire
Henry Harmeling joined The Kindley Firm, APC, in 2016. His practice areas include catastrophic personal injury (including brain injury), construction injury, nursing home abuse and neglect, and insurance bad faith litigation.
Mr. Harmeling has over 16 years of litigation and trial experience. He takes special interest in uninsured motorist and underinsured motorist claims for which he is able to utilize his extensive experience in personal injury, contract law, and insurance bad faith.
Mr. Harmeling spent the bulk of his legal career to date managing his own firm, where he represented his clients in the areas of business litigation, construction litigation, insurance bad faith, and personal injury. Mr. Harmeling has been a member of the plaintiffs’ bar (Consumer Attorneys of San Diego) and has worked for several insurance companies and excess carriers in his career, including USAA, State Farm, and Great American Insurance Group. This experience provided him great insight into the inside strategies of insurance companies.
